It's not hard to forgive someone infact forgivness is the easy part. The hard thing is to forget. Forget what that person did to you and move on. It might not be a major thing and it might not matter to anyone else but you. But it's hard forgiving someone for something that you can not forget. Because every single time you see this person you will think about what they did it sounds dramatic but it might be something small. That shouldn't mean something but it does and every time you se this person it remindes you of why you can never be as close to this person as you once were.
It sucks beliveve me cause it is super hard to forget even if you have forgiven!
